Rosa Lee (Myles) Thomas

Rosa Lee Myles Thomas, 77, formerly of Norris,SC passed on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at her residence of 514 Catalina Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio 44504.

She was born Sept.24 , 1939 to the late Charlie & Maebell Jamison Myles. Mrs. Thomas attended Clearview high School in Easley South Carolina, she was of the Baptist faith. She worked for over 20 years at the Windsor Nursing  Home where she was affectionately called "Mama Rose'.
Mrs. Thomas was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians  and Clemson Tiger fan. She also was a member of the "Sassy Club" at the Salvation Army.
Her husband James L. "Bubba" Thomas whom she married May 28th, 1966 he died  June 8th, 2004.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children. Brenda (Bryant) Black of Central S.C., James  Jr., Iris D., Nicole Thomas and Ramona Dowell all of Youngstown. Sister Mary E Myles of Central South Carolina, Shirley (Rev George) Wilkins Youngstown. grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Preceded in death is her husband and a son Roosevelt Myles.
