Cleoparta (Reese) Tibbs

Mrs. Cleoparta Reese Tibbs, 73, wife of the late Charles Tibbs and the daughter of the late O.C. Reese, Sr. and Helen Chapman Reese departed this life on March 10, 2013.  Funeral services will be held 2 PM , Friday at New Hope Baptist Church with interment in Westview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1 until the hour of the service.
