Please accept my condolences for the loss of your loved one. Comfort and a sure hope can be found in God's Word, the Bible --2 Corinthians 1:3, 4. Jesus promises that one day he is going to bring back to life all those who have died --John 5:28, 29. Death is not only an "enemy" to those of us who have lost dear loved one in death, but also an enemy to God--1 Corinthians 15:26. The Bible tells us that one day God is going to remove forever all pain, suffering, and death that mankind has experienced for thousands of years --Revelation 21:3-5. Then you may be able to rejoice with your loved one again forever, "This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ " -John 17:3

So sorry to read that you have suffered a loss in your family. Mrs. Pendergrass and Vince, you and your family have my deepest sympathies. I remember Ricky from so many years ago. My prayers are with your family as you deal with your loss.

I was stunned & shocked to hear of the passing of my cousin & childhood friend. Although I haven't seen him in years, we conversed from time to time on Facebook. I will ALWAYS treasure one of the last things that he posted on my page; it meant so much to me. God rest your soul Ricky, and my prayers, love & condolences to my extended family.
