Birdie Scott Hogan

Our Heavenly Father, in His Infinite wisdom, on December 28, 2015, , at Easley Baptist Medical Center, lifted  one of his children from labor to reward, to bloom brightly in her reserved spot in God's eternal garden.  Birdie Scott Hogan was born in Anderson county, daughter of the late Auther and Edith Bigby Scott. She was a dedicated and faithful member of the New Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church where she participated in numerous capacities including the Adult Choir, the Sanctuary C;hoir and  the Missionary Society. Survivors include her son, Larry Scott of the home, nine grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

God walked around his garden and saw and empty space,

then came down upon the earth  and saw a tired face.

He put his arms around her and lifted her to rest,

God's garden must be beautiful, because he always chooses his best.
