John Reese Obituary
Mr. John Cecil Reese , 80, of 126 Annie St., Apt. 28, Liberty SC, transitioned on Wednesday morning May 12, 2021, from his earthly home to his heavenly home not made by hand.
Born in Pickens county, he was the son of the late O.C. Reese, Sr., and Helen Chapman Reese. He was a retired forklift driver from Dayco.
Cecil as he was affectionately known, was a lifelong and faithful member of New Hope Baptist Church, Liberty where he sang on the Men's Choir and was also a member of the Easley All Male Choir.
Survivors include one daughter, Jayne Reese of Liberty; one sister, Libby (Luther) Austin of Liberty and a host of other relatives and friends.
