On Sunday, May 3, 2020, the Lord in his great wisdom dispatched an angel quietly to escort Mr. Randall Eugene Scruggs, 62 of 228 Golden Creek Rd., Central, SC , out of this life to relocate to his new heavenly home, not made by hand.
He was survived by two sons, Matthew Whitmire and Dylan Scruggs; one daughter, Kayla Rogers; one brother, Edward Scruggs; one sister, Belle Waldrop; three grandchildren: a grandson Brayden Whitmire and two granddaughters Keely Rogers and Aaliyah Timmerman.
