On June 28, 2023, a little after noon in the middle of the day, the Lord in his great wisdom dispatched an angel quietly to escort Mrs. Sylvia Ann Holliday of 108 Rosemond Street, Pickens , out of this life to relocate to her new heavenly home, not made by hand.Daughter of the late John and Martha Davenport and wife of Mr. O'dell Holliday, she was a faithful member of Griffin Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Surviving including her husband of the home; sons, O'dell Holliday, Jr.(Michelle), Anthony Holliday (Princess); daughters, Yolanda Ferguson, Velma Holliday, Larissa Mittmann (Joachim), Celeste Davenport; sisters Mary Bray, Larene Ledbetter, Meta (John) Byrd, 18 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
