Alicia T. Sligh was the daughter of Mary Alice Tucker, born in Pickens, SC on April 28, 1979. She was a 1979 graduate of Pickens High School. She later graduated with honors from ITT University in Charlotte, NC. She was employed at BAE Systems in Charlotte and was an active member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church in North Carolina.
She leaves to cherish her memories,besides her mother, her children, Cameron Brown and Olivia Sitton; her sisters, Alice Sligh and Tawnya Sligh Austin; and her brother Robert Sligh.
Funeral services for Alicia T. Sligh, 34, formerly of Pickens will be 2 PM Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Griffin Ebenezer Baptist Church with interment at Secona Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 1 PM. The family has selected the Luther Johnson Funeral Home,
